Call for Capacity Booking
Based on Article 28 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013, the Regulatory Office for Network Industries issued the Decision No 0001/2018/P-EU of 27 July 2018 approving the application of an alternative capacity allocation mechanism by EUSTREAM for the Veľké Zlievce/Balassagyarmat and Baumgarten interconnection points.
Pursuant to that Decision, and based on Article 28 (3) of the Regulation (EU) No 2017/459, EUSTREAM opens a call for capacity booking for the Veľké Zlievce/Balassagyarmat (HU/SK border) and Baumgarten (SK/AT border) interconnection points through the alternative allocation procedure (hereinafter “HU-SK-AT project”) in accordance with the conditions laid down in the RULEBOOK OF BINDING ALTERNATIVE ALLOCATION PROCEDURE document.

he registration of participants wishing to take part in the HU-SK-AT capacity booking through the alternative allocation procedure will take place from 30 July 2018 to 14 August 2018 in line with the conditions laid down in the RULEBOOK OF BINDING ALTERNATIVE ALLOCATION PROCEDURE.
