Decision to offer additional interruptible capacity (according to Article 14 par. 7 letters c) Council Regulation (EU) 2022/2576)

The Regulatory Office for Network Industries decided that according to Article 14 par. 7 letters c) Council Regulation (EU) 2022/2576 of December 19, 2022 enhancing solidarity through better coordination of gas purchases, reliable price benchmarks and exchanges of gas across borders the transmission system operator of eustream, a.s. shall offer at least initially non-nominated capacity on a daily and withinday basis, which is to be allocated as interruptible capacity for the interconnection points Lanžhot, Baumgarten, Veľké Zlievce and Výrava for the period from March 31, 2023 to March 31, 2024. A decision with justification in the Slovak language is available in the attached link.
