Personnel changes in top bodies of Eustream

The board of Directors of the company eustream, a.s. (Eustream) welcomes a new member. At the proposal of the National Property Fund (FNM), the post goes to Branislav Bajza. He replaces Miroslav Gažo in the position of Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors.

The General Meeting decided on a change also in the Supervisory Board. On lapse of the term of office, Jaroslav Krč-Šebera, Martin Ryba and Ivan Švec will be leaving. New members of Supervisory Board are Anton Kupšo and Andrej Senaj.

Branislav Bajza
Born on 25 August 1972 in Bratislava, he completed university studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. In 1997 he joined the company Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, a.s. in the post of specialist. During his time with SPP he has been devoted to the formation of company strategy, development projects in the gas industry and in related energy fields and co-operated in the construction of the transit gas pipeline. He also co-ordinated the first phase of the SPP Restructuring project. From 8 September 2011 he is Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the company eustream, a.s..
