HUSK Capacity booking announcement
The Regulatory Office for Network Industries, in accordance with the Article 28 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013, issued the Decision No. 0002/2019/P-EU dated on April 30,2019 by means of which, the project on incremental capacity in accordance with conditions defined in the document “RULEBOOK – BINDING INCREMENTAL CAPACITY PROCEDURE according to the Commission Regulation (EU) NO. 459/2017” for the gas transmission from Hungary to Slovakia, has been approved (hereinafter as “ the project HUSK”).
Dear business partner,
the Regulatory Office for Network Industries, in accordance with the Article 28 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013, issued the Decision No. 0002/2019/P-EU dated on April 30,2019 by means of which, the project on incremental capacity in accordance with conditions defined in the document “RULEBOOK – BINDING INCREMENTAL CAPACITY PROCEDURE according to the Commission Regulation (EU) NO. 459/2017” for the gas transmission from Hungary to Slovakia, has been approved (hereinafter as “ the project HUSK”).
Based on this fact and also in accordance with the Article 28 (3) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 the company eustream, a.s. announces the possibility to book capacities at interconnection point Balassagyarmat / Veľké Zlievce (the border HU/SK) by means of auction allocation mechanisms of capacities in line with conditions specified in the document RULEBOOK – BINDING INCREMENTAL CAPACITY PROCEDURE according to the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 459/2017.

Annex 1. (Registration form)
Registration of participants, who are interested in taking part in the project HUSK, will go on from May 1st, 2019 till June 10, 2019 in line with conditions specified in the document RULEBOOK - BINDING INCREMENTAL CAPACITY ALLOCATION PROCEDURE.
