GTE+ online survey on Standard Capacity Products and Capacity Allocation Methods

Within the framework of the Forum of Madrid, GTE+1 agreed to lead preliminary works to a European Pilot Network Code on Capacity Allocation Methods (CAM). In parallel, the European Commission asked the ERGEG (European Regulators Group for Electricity and Gas) in September 2009 to deliver a Framework Guideline for CAM within six months.

To gain fundamental knowledge regarding that issue, GTE + wishes to better understand market expectations. To this purpose, GTE + publishes an Online survey to collect stakeholders’ point of view on two subjects:

  • a standardization of capacity products marketed by the TSO
  • a harmonization of the capacity allocation rules between the various TSO.

Eustream as an active GTE+ member is firmly committed in a consultation process with his customers and therefore eustream wishes to relay this attentive approach of market needs.

Eustream invites you to contribute to this consultation. A wide participation of stakeholders will guarantee quality and relevance of GTE + works.

The consultation is available on the GTE website and the answers are waited by GTE + before November 20th, 2009
