hereby we would like to inform you that the Transmission System Operators involved - Magyar Gáz Tranzit ZRt (MGT), eustream a.s. and Gas Connect Austria – in the HU-SK-AT Alternative Allocation Procedure have concluded that the originally set deadlines of the procedure will not be modified, therefore the mechanism will be closed on 3rd May 2019. The last bid submission date according to the provisions of the Rulebook is 30th April 2019.
Considering the market demand submitted for the alternative allocation mechanism and the shipper demand request Magyar Gáz Tranzit ZRt. and eustream a.s. have decided to publish a HU–SK Incremental Capacity Procedure today on their websites for public consultation. The technical documentation of the HU-SK Incremental Capacity Procedure is identical with the HU-SK-AT Alternative Allocation Procedure’s, being submitted to the NRAs.
The closing date of public consultation is 29th April 2019.

Eustream, a.s. and FGSZ Ltd hereby inform you that according to Article 27 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EC) No 984/2013 (CAM NC) as part of the design phase the respective adjacent TSOs are conducting a joint public consultation on the draft project proposals starting 13 January 2020 and closing the consultation period on 14 February 2020.
