Eustream exerts maximum effort to guarantee an up-to-date quality of service to its customers and to provide safe and reliable gas transmission services. This is our main focus and responsibility.
Furthermore, pursuant to Edict of the Office for Regulation of Network Industries of the Slovak Republic (RONI) No. 328/2008, which sets out quality standards, a broad range of quality indicators is defined and monitored. We regularly publicise indicators on the achieved level of quality standards in gas transmission.
