Eustream is the operator of the high-pressure transmission network in the territory of Slovak Republic and its transmission capacities are used by key energy companies from all over the European Union and beyond its borders. It provides access to the network to all network users in a transparent and non-discriminatory way in line with European and Slovak gas legislation.
Since 1972 Eustream has transported over 2.2 trillion cubic metres of natural gas through Slovakia, and so successfully keeps up the country’s gas industry tradition spanning over 160 years, and continuing in the 40 years of international gas transmission.
The sole shareholder of Eustream is the company SPP Infrastructure, a.s. Eustream holds 15% of the shares in the company Central European Gas Hub AG (gas hub in the territory of Austria).
