Join our graduate programme
We are looking for leadership potential in a graduate. We give graduates real jobs that provide stimulating, challenging work. On our 1-2 year programme, you will rotate in real roles every several months across the business. During the programme you will work on projects and tasks in the selected area and participate in the development program focusing on development of professional knowledge and skills.
You will work under the professional supervision of your own mentor, an experienced manager of the company, who will help you adapt and develop yourself, and secure your working activities.

We are looking for graduates who can use their initiative, produce results, engage others, think conceptually and work and communicate across all levels of business. Engaged and independent people with an open mind are welcome, and because we are an international company, fluent English is a daily requirement.
