Customers wishing to be provided with transmission services can approach Eustream with a "Request for access to the gas transmission system and gas transmission" (Request). From a legal perspective, the Request represents a binding proposal from the applicant to our company to conclude the Contract. Please note that the Request is to be delivered to our company at the latest forty days prior to the commencement of transmission in the case of yearly contracts and at the latest by 15 days in the case of short-term contracts.
Once we receive the Request, we evaluate the data and associated relevant documents. If the Request meets all criteria, we allocate the requested transmission capacity to the shipper. The Contract is deemed to be concluded once the applicant receives confirmation about the allocation of transmission capacity. As a rule, the allocation of capacities is done on a first-committed-first-served basis.
Access to the transmission network is entry-exit based. For entering and exiting the system customers can choose from the following four entry/exit points:
- Veľké Kapušany (border point between the Slovak Republic and Ukraine),
- Baumgarten (border point between the Slovak Republic and Austria),
- Lanžhot (border point between the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic),
- Domestic point (virtual aggregated interconnection to and from domestic storage and distribution networks).
For more detailed information on prices and available capacities please consult our TIS business information system.
